I got my product about 2-3 weeks ago and has not worked properly from the start. For weeks your IT guys have been tryinh to send codes to update it and respond, it temporarily works then goes back to either not updating for hours at a time, or not responding at all. knowing she's moved different places.it should be updating atleast every minute or so as you guys advertise. I feel this is not a good product and I should be sent a new device proven to work and an upgrade on my subscription free of charge..

worked well when not raining. Gave close locations but not exact. Good enough to find out what u want to know regardless of what plan you choose

The activity is pretty accurate but the live feed never works!
