1 month and still waiting on my refund Don’t expect any communication after purchase

It begins flashing red dot and the Soundboks no longer works. I’m sorry, for the poor review as I have loved my Soundboks but I spent all of this money and my speaker is not working now

Terrible customer service. Just sad because it’s a great product. Everything is automated, no people to speak to

Charge me for a backpack. I never received was supposed to be only delivered with signature then they were supposed to deliver it to the FedEx access point put in a change of address.
