As much as I love

As much as I love my 3 soundboks speakers, and I have had several of my friends purchased them, the customers service sucks. I take my 3 speakers out to out local sandbar in florida and promote them constantly. The last two times that I took them out, 1 of the batteries quit working and the other started blinking odd lights and would not connect or adjust volume. Both times I contacted soundboks to help me out only to be told that the battery was out of warranty(bought a new one) and the speaker needed to brought to a local repair place. You would think that spoundboks would take care of their customers especially when I have literally sold 15 people on these things. Just a bit disappointing.

This thing takes 9hrs to

This thing takes 9hrs to fully charge, and I 1000% do not get anywhere near 40hrs at mid level nor 6hrs at full. I can tell something isn’t right with what they’re promising out of the performance of this and what I’m noticing it can actually do. I’m recharging this thing every other day, and it doesn’t make sense. I get it, better sound quality. I was way happier with SB2 battery life. Seems like the speaker is too powerful for the battery they have in place. Maybe I have a bunk battery idk. Either way it sucks and I’m not happy

They could not exchange my

They could not exchange my unit to a different unit, the box of the speaker was brutal damage. Totally disappointed! I was expecting more from the speaker and the brand! Base on my purchased I suppose to receive a new unit at a reduce price. Instead I received a refurbished speaker base on what i experienced with the unit on top of that they forgot to repaired really well before send it out. I don’t trust this brand anymore. I found out this very unprofessional base on what experience and also considering their prices.
