Très déçu du SAV Soundboks. J’ai commandé une Soundboks avec son chargeur, mais je n’ai reçu que l’enceinte. Le chargeur n’a jamais été livré. Malgré plusieurs mails envoyés au service client pour signaler le problème, je n’ai à ce jour aucune réponse, ni solution proposée. C’est vraiment regrettable pour un produit de cette gamme de prix. Un meilleur suivi client et plus de réactivité seraient apprécié.

Ordered my Soundboks speaker and accessories ages ago for a summer event. DHL somehow managed to ‘lose’ it, yet magically marked it as delivered. Soundboks’ solution? ‘We’re on vacation, please wait. ’ Wow… nothing says premium service like a “see you when we’re back” reply. So here I am, dusting off my vintage Aiwa player — the one I thought I’d retired for good — because my budget went to Soundboks and the product never showed up. I guess my summer playlist will now come with a side of cassette tape nostalgia. If you’re looking for speed, reliability, or a brand that actually fixes problems… maybe look elsewhere. Unless, of course, you’re also planning to take a vacation while you wait. ”
