Super efficient customer service. I purchased a new Solis Lite with 20 day passes. I also had the original Skyroam (now obsolete) with 2 day passes remaining. I contacted customer support to see if I could transfer the remaining days over to the new device. Literally in less than 15 seconds, the passes were transferred over! No hassles, no restrictions or other non-sense; just superb service and responsiveness to their customer! More companies need to be like this!
