It just works, and looks great. After having used Mesa for a few years, and after looking at the few other high voltage options, I am completely satisfied with the upgrade to Sinopé. Installation (removing old device, installing this one, setup in Neviweb, adding to Apple Home) took all of 20 minutes and worked the first time on each of the three thermostats I purchased. The only downside was the >1 week delivery time.

Alexandre promptly responded to my e-mail queries to help me through some questions I had specific to my needs. We love the thermostats so much we ordered 2 more to control every heater in the house.
