Good product, bad support
You have a good product, it works and is easy to install and understand. However, your customer service is horrible. I wanted to change the units from C to F with some slightly older units (non G2) and was basically told I'm out of luck if I don't want to use the app. Even if I used your app, I don't have my home setup in a way where it could communicate with your thermostats. Luckily I found some forums where someone described the commands that need to be sent via Zigbee to make the changes I wanted.
Please consider releasing an API or command set for people to integrate their systems with your products. You have a good product, please make it easier to use.
