The product is great, but the online store was clunky and hard to use.

You have a good product, it works and is easy to install and understand. However, your customer service is horrible. I wanted to change the units from C to F with some slightly older units (non G2) and was basically told I'm out of luck if I don't want to use the app. Even if I used your app, I don't have my home setup in a way where it could communicate with your thermostats. Luckily I found some forums where someone described the commands that need to be sent via Zigbee to make the changes I wanted. Please consider releasing an API or command set for people to integrate their systems with your products. You have a good product, please make it easier to use.

The website was super buggy when you switch to US/EN version. It’s not stable and had to hassle through the shipping card to make the purchase

We were unable to connect. We purchased the additional device indicated in our first attempt to connect directly to thermostat. Still unsuccessful. Probably operator error on our part, but we don’t have a thermostat we can control remotely which is what we were trying to do.
