overall purchase experience was ok. The website works fine for the purchase portion. For the mail discount with Hydro quebec it a all different story… I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out a solution (both with sinope end HQ) and it is still not clear that my application is complete and being processed….

A little disapointed that the WIFI Calypso never came to be.
