I have been purchasing products from Sinopetech.com for over two years for use at my cottage, which is located in a rural part of Quebec, and experiences lots of issues with internet connectivity and power outages. I originally purchased a hub and thermostats for the electric heaters and these worked perfectly, whereas the smart switches and outlets I was using from other manufacturers experienced on-going connectivity problems. I have since replaced those other products with Sinope switches and outlets and all of my connectivity issues have gone away. The Sinope products are very well designed, build quality is excellent, and the hub and spoke model is far more reliable than using devices that require constant internet connectivity. The ability to monitor the electricity draw is a bonus. They frequently have good sales in the online store. Shipping is always quick and I have been pleased with the prompt and helpful response I received whenever I had to contact technical support. Definitely worth looking at if you have the need for connectivity in a remote or rural area.
