Website is usable and friendly. Called before placing an order with a question and was politely helped successfully. Ordering was easy and shipment came promptly. Thank you for using canada post. Installation was a breeze. Pairing was a little tricky with one device. Also a note, after pairing each device through Neviweb. It says reconnecting to Neviweb but never does, you have to close the app and restart it. Other than that no problem. Thermostat is beautiful and full of great features. My favourites are having the clock and outdoor temp displayed. Another great feature is the auto dim on the display when you turn the lights out. Great product guys! Have already recommended to others and will gladly use again for future needs.
