I bought a total of 14 termostat so far for my radiant ceiling heating, was changing the old ones. I need to say that I'm happy and impressed by the quality of Sinope's termostat. I have a central heat pump as well, so I'm now able to monitor all rooms, plan automation, save when I'm away and in rooms we don't often go in! Every single one of them connected like a breeze and I was quickly able to modify the settings. Shipping was quick and well packaged. I've also ordered the Water leak protection which I have installed with a automated pump in case of leaks. Everything is working well and having everything connected under a hub makes management very efficient. I've created rooms in naming my floors, so I can manage per floor, like my main system is setup. Visiting the website and ordering straight from there made my experience a positive one even though I'm a picky one. I am very satisfied with all the product I've received and will be recommending to everyone I know to go with Sinopé, not only it's Canadian but even from my home province of Quebec.
