I received my products in a timely matter

Simple online ordering process, I had received my order updates via email and tracking was provided once shipped. Item arrived well packaged and arrived with no damage. The website was simple enough to navigate around. Tested my Zigbee water shutoff with my hubitat and it paired and worked without issues. The product feels solid and well built. I had inquired tech support about having to actuate the valve on a schedule to avoid calcium/buildup but was advised that this had already been built within the software of the device.
