The shopping online for 2 lightswitches was effortless… all product specifics readily availabilble and clearly explained. The order process was simple and efficient. Delivery was prompt and I was able to track the progress…. hard to ask for anything more… except perhaps lower prices (LOL). Pricing is fair value and that is all that really matters. I am proud as a Candian to see how Sinope has grown and the products matured over the years. I currenlty hae 2 light switches, a Neviweb Hub and 5 thermostats to control the zone heating. I am looking to acquire 3 more thermostats when the sales prevail

Excellent product, outstanding quality and so easy to install. Furthermore; saves a lot of energy and lower our family Hydro-Quebec bill.

Added 2 baseboard thermostats to 5 that were installed about 5 years ago. Set up was easy and really like being able to control from afar. Had to download app but do not see any difference between app and webpage.

The smart thermostat works great with Zigbee2mqttt and Home Assistant. Installation and setup was easy. Its a good product.
