Many options for the connected house. Well built products, the app is nicely done too and easy to use. Ordering is a breeze, shipping is fast enough. I ordered a lot of things during Black Friday. A bit on the pricey side, but it set it and forget it.

The online purchase process was extremely simple and with the BC Hydro rebate, I didn't even have to think about how to apply it - the checkout process took care of all that as soon as my postal code came up as eligible for the rebate. Having never ordered from Sinopé before, but knowing they are Canadian, I simply took that leap of faith that it wouldn't take long and with Canada Post at the helm of delivering the product, it was delivered within 10 days to our condo, and was placed right in the parcel box of our mailroom. It was early Christmas for this pseudo-tech nerd! Thank you Sinopé for the great product and excellent and worry-free shopping experience!

Needed an alternative to the local hardware store their instant for radiant floors. Found and ordered one from Simple. Great product. Easy to install. Works great!
