I’m not giving you a good review after you sold me a garbage product that left me stranded in the middle of Portugal without a way to get to a safe place when I needed it

You charged unauthorized $15 top off when you said it was not possible with the 12 gb plan

I cannot begin to tell how disappointed I am with SIM Corner. (1) I bought a SIM card for Portugal, Spain and Italy for $24 with 12GB. When the card arrived I discovered it was a UK number AND it could only be topped up IN THE UK! When I arrived in Portugal and tried to use it, I received a message that I had no time on it and needed to top it up! A total rip off now I have to find a new SIM that actually works! You wasted my time and money!

I ordered the Europe card since I was traveling to Norway. The wrong card arrived - it’s for the UK. It was too late to request an exchange as my trip began in only a couple of days from receiving the SIM card. I wasn’t able to use the card I purchased. I called the customer service number many times and was not able to get through. very disappointed!
