I recently bough t a SIM to use in Costa Rica and it did not activate upon arrival in San Jose, necessitating me buying another card/plan as this was needed immediately for navigation. I am well used to buying / setting upsim's in advance of travelling and have never had this problem previously

Zero stars - £45 paid, no product received, emails not answered. Disgraceful.
