The connection was generally spotty and slow and the personal hotspot (which was advertised to be one of the strengths) constantly disconnected after a minute.

Instructions were either incorrect, or they didn't follow internal processes. The Instructions I received simply stated the sim and international data plan would start on the pre-arranged date. When it did not, I contacted support and was told to complete a Web form as per the instructions. IT WAS NOT MENTIONED AT ALL in the instructions in my sim pack (attached)

iPhone 10 refuses password when trying to connect to my android phone, unable to share.

Bought online for a trip to Egypt to use in my mifi unit. Researched to make sure it was the correct sim. As you could only activate once in the country you wanted to use it in I was a little apprehensive but the reviews seemed decent. I’ve used the mifi unit before with another brand sim, so knew it all worked fine. This sim NEVER worked ! I tried for 2 days, even put the sim in my phone to try with no luck, corresponded with numerous agents through email (luckily through hotel wifi) …… try this, try that nothing was working, on the 6th day I gave up as we were only away for a week. I will never waste £50 with this company again I’m afraid.

Bought two cards from them, one is bigger than another, didn’t even fit my iPhone
