Excellent support... once the emails got through
I owe SimCorner an apology. I hadn't received details of my eSIM, and I got no replies to my email requests for support. This led to a less than complimentary review.
HOWEVER...
It transpired that my email provider was rejecting the SimCorner emails. Once I changed my email address to one that worked I got everything I need to get up and running when travelling next month. Their email support was prompt and very clearly presented.
