Spam calls an issue

Not overly satisfied due to the huge number of spam calls I received while having the sim. They clearly recycle numbers at a great pace and I was really disappointed to be receiving so many spam calls whilst on holiday. Average service available across US/Mexico. Would consider using a different provider in future.

AT&T ESIM UNLIMITED USA CANADA

The sim corner customer service is prompt, however the esim pack I have for usa and Canada is poor. I went with at&t unlimited data, I have had 18 spam calls in a week, nuisance texts and I have contacted Simcorner and at&t to try and sort it. Service has been poor and issue not resolved. I have resorted to turning the call volume off and not answering, they start at 6am. Also in Canada I have had issues getting online, which I need for maps etc. Very frustrating.

Great in theory, not in reality

The purchase process was excellent. However, the activation process was neither simple, easy or effective. We didn't realise we had to share our passport details to get the account activated (which we were not at all comfortable with but felt we had no choice) and after we did that, we could only text and calls to work but not use the data!! After 5 days of emails we were told to contact Optus to resolve. Could have saved us 5 days of hassle and told us to ring optus from the start. I won't be buying these again for any future overseas travel
