Great service and made travelling in 3 countries a lot easier!

Excellent customer service. Downloading my sim worked seamlessly. Sim worked automatically. No issues. A piece of advice - double check which models of phone the sim is compatible with - my husbands older model phone was incompatible and could not use the sim. I’m sure this is in the fine print but I missed it on purchasing.

Family of four travelling to the US - we got 2 T-mobile SIM cards for the parents and could hotspot the kids where necessary. (Used a VPN app where free wifi was available.) SIM cards worked straight out of the box- no problems. Plus, on a United Airlines flight I got free wifi for being a T-mobile customer.
