Next to no coverage in playa del Carmen Mexico area. Me and my kids were without coverage the entire time unless we were connected to the resort’s wifi. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I want my money back????.. you were supposed to have activated my sim card on the Feb. 29th ( THEY DAY OF THE START OF MY HOLIDAY!!!) . YOU DID NOT ACTIVATE IT TILL 3 DAYS LATER!!! My son and myself were stranded in a foreign country with no way of calling or using data. We had to pay another agency for a sim card that has worked perfectly!!!! As I am using them to message you!!. There was no immediate contact for your company. I am so very not impressed with your company!!!

The sim card did not work properly from the minute that I started using it. Less than half way through my trip I bought a tesco sim card at less than half the price and all my lack of phone and text issues cleared right up. It kept freezing up and lack of signal for internet and could not send or receive texts.
