It worked fine when w got to Italy for the first 2 hours. Then I was not getting a data connection even though my Home Screen said I was connected to 4G. I went through the trouble shooting on the pamphlet that came with the SIM card to no avail. I then emailed simcorner through a wifi connection and had a response back within 5 minutes. They reflashed the SIM and data was restored within minutes Thank you This was my second purchase from sim corner for a Europe trip and will repurchase next year when I return to Europe PK

Great support with timely responses from email. Phone and data worked well, although there seems some confusion about data plan, supposedly 10GB but Cellular Data Options only showed 5 GB Voice & Data? We only used 2.39 GB for the trip though.

Everything worked as promised. Clear instructions. As a techno-idiot I would have liked to have known that I could not send any international texts - didn’t realise that I was limited to UK.

Everything was good, except my data didn't work. I had to visit a OneNZ kiosk to get it fixed. This should be seamless - unfortunately it wasn't.
