Service to correct item not received

Product was listed as in stock, wasn't. Paid for expedited shipping, item still hasn't shipped 3 weeks later. I oredered this for a specific event and that event has now passed.

Said the wrong one

Disappointing that it takes so extremely long to ship this product!
