Not good

This did not work at all for us. Since we have no line of sight it could not boost the signal. We waited 3 days for a callback from support. Still never got a call. So I returned the unit. Very very disappointed in their customer service.

We tried and tried to get in touch with support. All the time being told that the calls are answered in the order received. They must have just two guys calling back. It's been a week and we still never got a call back. At least it was easy to return although YOU have to pay to return it. Expect to pay pay about $60-'$100 bucks to ship it back. Save every bit of packaging or they will say you damaged it and have to pay for it.
