Big company. Shipping is fast. Customer service responds quickly. Local USA questions support. Definitely a place to find hard to find items like the latest 600 MHz to 6 GHz splitters -- nothing like that on Amazon or eBay, but here it is. What you pay is what you get adage might apply to this company, though when asked about a 10% discount code to be used on my order I was told that that code cannot be applied to my order and no explanation was given as to why that is so.. like machine--for that I could take off a an asteroid instead of a star. Overall though, it is not a truly bad company to order from. I placed three orders so far. Another thing worth mentioning is that if you place an order during an evening or night there is no way to go to your account and change the order or to cancel it -- only when the workers would wake up in the morning then you can do something about it.. frustrating part of of an otherwise good experience.
