I called on Friday and the lady that answered the phone couldn't answer my question then she said she would have a technician call me for the answers and it is now Sunday evening and no calls.

deeply upset. I paid to expedite delivery with the representation that this product would be installed 24-72 hours after delivery. Twice, at the last minute the service order was cancelled by your company. I returned the item at my cost- insured for 1500 by Fed x and cancelled the credit card charge. Never will i do business with you again and will never recommend your company to others. I called before ordering to ensure prompt installation and my assurances were disregarded.

The product doesn't work and when called customer support 2 times was told they would call back and never do.
