Very weak spring, caused antenna to beat the back of my cab!

I ordered a cell booster. Over a month ago. When I recieved the components the amp would not connect to the wave app. I sent it back in its original packaging for a replacement. I finally recieved the replacement amp but no power cord was supplied. I called the company to let them know. I still haven't recieved the power cord. So, it's been over a month since I ordered this cell booster, but I haven't been able to see if it'll work.

The return for exchange cost me $60.How so not happy about this. I don't think I should have paid for an exchange Ridiculous
