I get two bars most of the time, sometimes no bars, all lights are steady except the pcs light flickers off and on so I need the big arena instead of the yagi?

Poor shipping department, very slow.

I"m still waiting for our signal survey to be done even though we have fully paid for the service already.

The results of this rather expensive venture was a disappointment. The conversation with the staff from Ontech didn't give much hope of any better reception. I am disappointed, but I thought we would try it.

Still waiting on return process. I sent my cell booster back because it didn’t work to boost my cell signal at my house. Company confirmed they received the item June 27 but I’m still waiting to hear back about my return
