Worked with Alexandra and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with measuring my outside signal strength and choosing and setting up a booster system. I live in the mountains of western NC and had no usable cell signal, even outdoors. I had to connect cell phone thru satellite internet, which resulted in a lot of lag and distortion. I can now make a clear cell call thru the booster.
