After the very first day of using this, I'm about ready to buy a second (the selection is detailed and while I want another attached I also may get a standalone. I have a hard time working off of one screen only, so going into meeting rooms away from my desk monitor is tough. The reviews online sold me over other brands like Mobile Pixels and Xebec. The swivel was so easy to attach to my laptop and I love having the second magnet to attach to another device or surface. Shipping was quick, instructions were easy, and while I haven't had to request service yet, I imagine it will be as good as my experience so far.
