The board works correctly but there were two issues. 1) One of the antenna connections was tore off the wifi module so I needed to repair it at the customer's house. 2) There was information still logged into the streaming apps.

Board was packaged nicely and arrived in great condition. Was a simple swap and fixed my tv.
