2 weeks ago i received a board that was defected. Talked to Jeff, he said hed have a board in a couple of days. Havent heard from him yet and no one answers the phone. Please reply to settle this problem. Thank you.

You didn't answer my questions in a timely fashion, so it didn't actually get shipped on the day it should have. Then you led me to believe that I would receive the part by Saturday, but as I found out, the 2nd day method you used was second business day. So, I didn't receive it until Monday.
