Bad battery, returning asap

Not interested in helping customers. I thought I ordered two different items and they send the same item twice. I try to let them know that was a mistake. Their response was that two items were orde minutes apart and that was it.

When I ordered the leaf vacuum I was unaware that this was not the complete vacuum. When I inquired about the battery, all I received was of no help and a refusal today for the shipping When I stated I wanted to return what I was sent. I will ever again order from your company and plan to warn others as well.

Part not as said. Struggling to get up with someone to get replacement.
