The product was used. It had scratches and scars all over. I paid as if they were new.

Never have received product

I got tracking that said my package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve tried to contact your support team but I’m keep hearing we’re looking for the return package. This is not my fault so you should send me another part out while you look for the other part. PLEASE HELP!
