Having a Very bad experience

sent the wrong parrt...now I suffer shipping costs both ways and 20% on the product... not happy

Received defective part

I ordered a part Thursday the 9th paid for two day shipping and it’s the 17th and my part still hasn’t been updated. I understand the shipping is out of your hands but it’s hard to believe after paying extra for two day shipping it’s not here.

The online store seems fine. Have not spoken to customer service, but it looks like I may have to. My item left Memphis over a week ago and is current in Puerto Rico. I am in Maryland. It's a 15 hour drive. Why in Gods name would my package go out of the country to get to me? This is unacceptable.
