Sent wrong part returned part, still waiting for Nicole to send me correct part or reimbursement for return

The product I received was broken when I got it. I ended up super gluing it and using it anyway because I couldn’t wait for another one!

Had a issue with shipping the item I ordered . SCS knew about the issues going on with USPS and yet continued to use them or never contacted me to say there would be a delay. The item I received worked over priced but worked and shipping would have been easier if they used priority. Not sure if I would ever use them again. Jeff Goettsch

My fault I admit for not looking at return policy more closely but the fact you can't return a stand if wrong one is upsetting.

Not quite the same plugs. One is different and not sure what to do! Bottom board is replacement!
