Ordered a replacement control board for a T.V. and was a bit surprised when it arrived as it was not in an electrostatic bag. That may be part of the reason only one of the hdmi ports on it works. Suffices for my purposes, however, and the 6 month warranty on items is unmatched elsewhere on the internet afaik.

I tried to contact you several times by email but no response. I unfortunately ordered the wrong part for my television and I have to return it. I am in Canada so I had to pay $42 CAD for customs clearance and taxes and $22 CAD to return the part which cost me $67 USD and on top of that I will be billed $22 USD which amounts to $27.27 CAD. I think this is the last time I will try to repair my television so too bad for the ecology

Ordered an LG tv main board. It arrived 3 days late and it was defective unit. Requested for refund. Sales manager sent me refund confirmation email but have not received the fund yet. It has been 5 business days now….
