Shipping was fast all though a day delayed due to Covid. Unfortunatly I ordered the incorrect board for my Vizio due to miss reading the middle numbers of the discription . I tried multiple times to use the Chat Now feature with NO RESPONSES. I am sure someone else needs the board that I have but No One will respond about me shipping it back or about the prospect of you having the correct power board my Vizeo 715g6100-p04-003-002h. This would be a 5-Star rating if not for the lack of communication
