Missing 1 round padding on bottom

I ordered a stand for my TV and it arrived promptly and on time. The stand has a kind of brushed metal look to it but arrived with no protective coating and arrived scratched.

For a return it cost me as much as the part

Delivery was timely, but when we opened the stand, we noticed it was used. Then when we put our tv on the stand, we noticed the tv sits crooked. After looking at it again, noticed the bolt holes were cut slightly off. Ridiculous to pay $70+ for something crooked, but we needed a stand.

Don’t really know
