Delivery was delayed and a piece was broken off around the holes for the screws preventing the base from being tightened well.

The part fixed one issue but the part did not fully operate correctly and the TV is still inoperable. As far as the shipping it was great just didn't work properly.

After careful research, I ordered replacement power supply board for my Samsung TV. Put replacement board in, and did not fix problem. Unknown if part is bad, or it is another problem with the tv, either way not worth time or money to fuss with it anymore. Part is not worth returning due to low cost of part/cost of shipping. Well, guess I keep my day job and give up tv repair career lol. Both part and tv earned a place in the trash.
