Initial chat question was answered within a few minutes, I think on a Sunday. Ordered a used replacement board after the chat and it arrived on time and on spec. Replaced the board on TV and the previously "dead" TV lit up like a Christmas tree! Hopefully will continue to work but limited downside since board cost was very reasonable.
