Great service

The tv stand arrived early, was in good condition, with all necessary screws.

I received my power board on Saturday. The corner is broken unfortunately. I assume it was damaged in the shipping, because shortcircruitsolution has an excellent reputation, and I doubt they would send me a broken product. I'm currently trying to get in touch with the staff via email and chat, but they haven't responded yet. I need the staff to look at these high resolution screenshots, and tell me if they think the board will still work. Then I'm going to try it. If everything works, then a broken corner might not be a big deal, as long as it stays firmly in place on the TV. Long story short, if the staff could review these screenshots and tell me if they think the board will work, I'll try to use it (I trust their expertise), if not then I need to do an RMA to get a new board. If it comes to that, maybe they can stick some styrofoam on the corners of the new board to prevent this from happening again, or maybe it's just really bad luck. I'm leaving a 5 star review because I have a feeling the staff will help me resolve this. Hopefully my kindness is not taken advantage of! hehe! :)
