They provide not only great materials, but videos and instructional materials as well. They boast having Jen , a founder of 3D printed hands E-nable as creative director, to help us find our way through the 3D printing maze of information. Jeremy is there to guide us into just what we need for our creative endeavors. They have been so helpful to me in providing what I need to create the stuff I like.

My laser came a few days after ordering it. I was very happy with the care taken to box it and protect it in shipping. I had it working right out of the box and in 20 minutes of setting it up on a table. The sales there were great in answering all of my questions . I am very happy with the laser. The software is a bit of learning curve but not much. I am glad I purchased from 3D Universe.
