Needed an answer about RID on my S2. Received answer quickly.

I rarely have to ask Skydio for help. However, when I do, it’s always highly responsive and highly successful. The recent upgrade to install Remote Broadcast capability to comply with FAA worked perfectly, was well documented and insured a successful reregistration at the FAA DONEZONE. My Skydio is a very early release of the Skdio 2 and has proven to be high quality across the board. American made is definitely a plus! Thank you for the impeccable design

My Skydio developed a fault after an update. I experimented and found the fault could reliably be started. I contacted Skydio with my findings, symptoms and and flight logs. A few days later a new update fixed the problem. Reply within 2 days with ticket number. Via Email. Good service.
