I am honestly not sure if the password reset helped. But I was satisfied that you listened, got back to me and tried to make it better. If I have issues going forward I will reach out. For not it seemed to log in a little faster, but still had to go through a bunch of gyrations to get the beacon working... even at home it had to use cell phone and update it self taking my time..
