Great service, very quick, just did not hear what I was hoping for!

I had a collision with a UTV Flag whip and my Drone crashed and broke a Prop Support hook. I emailed the Skydio Support and got a email reply. I followed all the instructions for return and repair of my Skydio 2. The Support person taking care of my request answered all my questions and sent a shipping label for sending my Drone in for repairs. Shipped out FEDX. Just waiting on the cost and extent of the damage. So Far the service has been Excellent

Had two bad batteries for my Skydio X2. They would not charge right out of the box. Was able to return and get replacements. Very fast. Great customer service.

Gavin was patient and helpful with trying to solve issues with drone. Great work Skydio Team!
