I placed two orders for emergency shipment of these, both QTY 70. The first order I placed late in the day but SF Cable got it out for me (it wasn't their fault UPS lost it for a day). Because it was a late day order I noticed just before 3PM EST that it was marked processing so I called. I got someone on the phone quickly, and he was very helpful in tracking exactly where it was in the process and assured me it was in with the product ready for UPS Pickup.
