I have called twice now about a return for order 3000788016. I really need to return these cables as I ordered the wrong ones. Can someone please email me at Amanda.s.walkerllp@gmail.com

Customer service is nonexistent. We ordered the items, they showed up, and I made an error in the order and reached out via phone and email to customer service and never heard back.

Poor connection. Very positional. Old frayed cord works better.

Tracking shows as delivered, but was never received. I filed a claim with usps.

Adapter was not useable on the item I needed it for.
