I was promised same day shipping by 1pm PST, which I ordered far before then. It didn't ship, so the next day I reached out on their online chat, which nobody answered within the 1 hour I waited.

Received wrong items in recent order and didn’t get any website inquiry or email to customer support follow-up. I’d like to support local business, and usually these guys get it right…but zero support kinda sucks.

I ordered 20 AC 1 ft. cables. They were a half foot short. (My Fault) I call customer service to see if I could send them back for longer ones. She said yes, but there is a 15% restocking fee. I understand if I wanted my money back, but I wanted to do a exchange. The part that put me over the edge was when I looked at the receipt in the box. It said that I get free shipping over $50.00. My products came to $77.00 with $23.00 being shipping. At that point I decided to ask for a return authorization. I will take the hit for the $23.00 plus the 15 % restocking fee. I tried to keep my business with this supplier, but it looks as I'll be buying from someone else and hopefully get free shipping.

I ordered ONE RJ45 data switch, did not check my account. You sent me two and charged me as such. Your site needs work. Will not recommend your site to anyone.

Cable did not work. Perhaps the device I am using does not have true Audio connectors, but they certainly seem the same. The male end of the cable seemed to fit snugly into the female end of the device, but the female end is loose on the other end.
