The SFCable adapter (C7 - C13) shipped quickly, arrived early, and of good quality. But... in my opinion, it's an inch too long and the C7 plug needs a tighter fit. I'm not an electrical engineer nor do I know of any requirements that may be government mandated for some type of compliance. This adapter allows too much leverage between the 3 prong IEC plug (which typically involves a heavier gauge cable than normal) and the 2 prong C7 plug allowing the cord to sags at this socket. I always had to check and see if proper contact was being made with the appliance. Allowing the IEC to be closer to the C7 plug would mitigate this problem - hence, if a 25 - 30mm reduction in length was allowed SFCable would be offering a much more satisfactory unit. I'm certain that this adapter works well in may applications but it didn't work well at all in mine (and others tht I'm aware of) - I went back to the original 18awg cable. If possible, SFCable should investigate if a shorter C7 - C13 adapter is possible, and one where the two prong plug is a tighter fit. If so, many customers would definitely be coming their way. As a company - I'd recommend them whole heartedly.
